Functional Mobility

Functional Mobility

This class is designed to improve your range of motion, with emphasis on squatting and hip mobility, overhead flexibility, and spine flexibility. We accomplish this by combining static, dynamic, and locomotion techniques to deliver a well-rounded approach to functional mobility. This class will enhance performance in all other classes provided at Coastal Fitness, as well as address issues which arise from working at a desk all day.
When? Thursday 7pm and Sunday @ 9am
