FRONT DESK COORDINATOR (PART TIME)

Duties & Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Handling of general front desk & clerical duties
  • Handling and follow up of emails and telephone calls
  • Handling of client queries and requests, building client relationships
  • Handling and control of inventory & stock
  • Creation of CFPT print media (name cards, posters, banners etc)
  • Assistance on regular Social Media promotion
  • Complying with accounting procedures
  • Assist in the organisation of community events
  • Handling ad hoc projects as required
  • General administrative and clerical support to other staff members

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Competence with POS systems, databases, spreadsheets
  • Confident, cheerful, friendly person who is detail-minded, efficient and self-motivated
  • Customer focused and relationship oriented

 

Advantages:

  • Proficient in spoken Cantonese
  • 1-2 years customer service/front desk/Receptionist experience
  • Immediate availability
