We are always on the lookout for like-minded individuals to join the CFPT team. If you think this might be you, please send us your CV to along with a cover email giving us some information on your background in the fitness industry.

We have a fantastic community of like-minded individuals from all backgrounds. During any one class you can expect to be training alongside a stay-at-home Mum, a trader, a psychologist, a fireman or a pilot. Some of these individuals are new to fitness and others have been training for years, but the one thing they have in common is the shared vision to work hard and improve their fitness. They share each other’s successes and support the struggles.

The CFPT fitness model prides itself on long-term success in fitness by providing a programme which challenges, tests, and improves specific areas of fitness. We have taken the guesswork out of traditional ‘conditioning’ training, by following a structured and progressive Energy System Training model. Are you more powerful than enduring? Can you run a marathon but walk a sprint? Applied Energy System Training ensures continual development in all of these areas, thus developing what we believe to be true ‘fitness’. In combination with periodised strength training, we believe this to be a winning formula.
