Snatch Grip Deadlift
– 4 sets of 4 reps
Rest as needed

Snatch Grip Deadlifts/Romainian deadlifts to be performed on mats to create more tension through the hamstrings.
Add Defecit add to weight every week.

C.

Snatch Pull
– 4 sets of 4 reps
Rest as needed

2 From Floor + 2 From High hang: Pause :1 in catch

2 Reps to be completed from the floor and 2 Reps from the high hang.
