A.

Power Snatch
– 6 sets of 1.1 reps
Rest as needed

Power Snatch Doubles:
Pausing with tension off the floor
Pausing at the knee same position as last week.

B.

Snatch Grip Deadlift
– 4 sets of 4 reps
Rest as needed

Snatch Grip Deadlifts/Romainian deadlifts to be performed on mats to create more tension through the hamstrings.
Add Deficit add to weight every week.

Same Pause position as A Work pausing just off the floor with tension driving through the legs.

C. Snatch Pull 4 x 3

Snatch Pull
– 4 sets of 3 reps
Rest as needed

3 Reps:
Floor: Slower Pull getting the bar back to the hips.
Hang: Slow Decent back to the hips
High Hang: Using legs to drive not arms.
