A. 2 Muscle Snatches + 4 Heaving Snatch Balances 5 x 1

2 Muscle Snatches + 4 Heaving Snatch Balances
– 5 sets of
Rest as needed

Every week A work will change to create better movement variance and ability.
– Moving through options: Muscle Snatch, Hang Power, Tall Snatches, Snatch balances, Drop Snatches to create better understanding

(no foot movement after muscle snatches)

B. Snatch 1 Rep

Within 10 minutes:
1 Snatch @ 85%

Quick build to a comfortable percentage in order to understand how workout will feel.

C.

Every 1 minute, for 3 minutes (3 sets):
Snatches
– Set 1 – 2 reps @ 80%
– Set 2 – 1 rep @ 85%
– Set 3 – 1 rep @ 90%

Partner People up and complete:
Both partners lift in the same minute:
27 Minute EMOM:

First Minute: 2 Snatches @80%
Second Minute: 1 Snatches @85%
Third Minute: 1 Snatches @90%

Repeat for 27 Minutes!!

Difference between this and last week is there is no rest minute. Weight changes have to be fast building into the capacity to lift heavier over longer period of time.
