Squat Clean + Jerk @ 60%

Squat Clean Battery Work:
Every :15 for 4 Minutes Complete 1 squat clean @60%

– Battery work to be performed in singles with a full setup from start to finish.

B.

Every 20 seconds, for 5 minutes (15 sets):
Squat Clean + Jerk @ 70%

Squat Clean Battery Work:
Every :20 for 5 Minutes Complete 1 squat clean @70%

– Battery work to be performed in singles with a full setup from start to finish.

C.

Clean Grip Deadlift
– 5 sets of 3 reps
Rest as needed

– Clean Deadlifts creating asbolute Pulling strength
– Moving into clean pulls through the final 2 weeks to add more dynamic movement.
