– Moving through options: Muscle Snatch, Hang Power, Tall Snatches, Snatch balances, Drop Snatches to create better understanding

B. Hang Snatch 1 Rep

Within 10 minutes:
1 Hang Snatch @ 85%

Quick build to a comfortable percentage in order to understand how workout will feel.

C. Snatch 3-2-1

In teams of 2:

Within 20 minutes:
Snatch
– Set 1 – 3 reps @ 70%
– Set 2 – 2 reps @ 80%
– Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85-90%
Rest 0 minutes between sets

Each Partner Completes:
20 Minute EMOM:

First Minute: 3 Snatches @70%
Second Minute: 2 Snatches @80%
Third Minute: 1 Snatches @85-90%
Fourth Minute Rest:
