Power Snatch
– 5 sets of 1.1 reps
Rest as needed

Hang Power Snatch into 2 Singles From the floor. Pausing at the knee on the way up. Looking to pause for with hamstrings loaded.

B.

Snatch Grip Deadlift
– 4 sets of 5 reps
Rest as needed

Snatch Grip Deadlifts/Romainian deadlifts to be performed on mats to create more tension through the hamstrings.
Add Deficit add to weight every week.

Looking to create tension and pause as the bar leaves the floor with legs loaded.

C.

Snatch Pull
– 4 sets of 3 reps
Rest as needed

Snatch Pull from each position:
High Hang: Hip drive
Mid Quad: Hit and drive
Floor: Slow pull hit and drive
