Every 1 minute, for 4 minutes (4 sets):
12 Dumbbell Box Step-Ups 24/20 inches

C. Russian Kettlebell Swing 4 x 15

Every 1 minute, for 4 minutes (4 sets):
15 Russian Kettlebell Swings

D. Burpee to Target 4 x 8-12

Every 1 minute, for 4 minutes (4 sets):
8-12 Burpees to Target 6 inches
