12 Dumbbell Walking Lunge Steps
6 Strict Ring Dips
10 Double Kettlebell Deadlifts

B.

Every 1 minute, for 4 minutes (4 sets):
8-10 Alternating One-Arm Dumbbell Snatches

C.

Every 1 minute, for 4 minutes (4 sets):
10-12 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Presses

D.

Every 1 minute, for 4 minutes (4 sets):
6-10 Lateral Burpee over Dumbbells
