Snatch Pull + Snatch

Building weights by cutting down complex.

Complete all reps at 80-90%

Build to this in warm up.

B. Every 1 minute, for 9 minutes (9 sets):

3 Hang Snatches

Every minute complete 3 Hang Snatches:
3 Minutes @50-60% of A @High hang
3 Minutes @60-70% of A @Hang
3 Minutes @70-80% of A @Low hang

C. As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 18 minutes:

In teams of 2:

30 Hang Power Snatches @ 50/60%
20 Power Snatches @ 60/70%
10 Snatches @ 70/80%

Share work between 2 people.
Percentages based from A work today.

Chose a weight where reps can be completed in touch and go reps.
