– Set 3 – 2 reps @ 70%
– Set 4 – 1 rep @ 75%
– Set 5 – 4 reps @ 65%
– Set 6 – 3 reps @ 70%
– Set 7 – 2 reps @ 75%
– Set 8 – 1 rep @ 80%

B. Hang Snatch High Pull

– 4 sets of 4 reps

Barbell loaded at 80% of 1rm.

C. Every 1 minute, for 10 minutes (10 sets):

High Hang Snatch + Hang Snatch + Snatch

Add load to the barbell Every 2 Minutes start light and finish with a heavier load for the day.
