A. High Hang Snatch

– 5 sets of 4 reps
Rest as needed

No Pausing in the dip looking to now move in and out of drive position.

Pausing overhead for :2

B. Tall Snatch

– 4 sets of 8 reps
Rest as needed

Moving feet to yellow plates same as last week.
This week squat biased instead of Power
Looking to pull under the barbell in order to fully finish 3rd pull.

C. Overhead Squat (3311 tempo)

– 3 sets of 10 reps
Rest as needed

Moving through this looking for movement mechanics and putting into practice the paused positions we worked through last block.
