Snatch
– 6 sets of 5 reps
Rest as needed

3 Different Style of cycling.
2 Sets: Catch and Wait every rep.
2 Sets: Brush and go
2 Sets: No contact

Each set to be completed unbroken.
Weight should start heavier then decrease as sets go on.

B. 1 Snatch Lift Off + 5 Hang Muscle Snatches 4 x 1

Barbel Driving with the Hips, Bar path through Muscle Snatches.

C. Sots Press 4 x 3-4

Sots Press
– 4 sets of 3-4 reps
Rest as needed

Shoulder Strength and positional awareness.

– Wide squat stance for sots press.
– Chest up press from a position you feel comfortable with.
