A.

Every 1 minute, for 12 minutes (12 sets):
1 Snatch + 2 Hang Snatches @ 65%

Percentages Based on MAX.

Goal is to Alternate Reps:
Partner 1 Completes the set. Then partner to completes set.

Rules: Any foot movement or moving after the catch of the lift = a No Rep.

If a no rep is completed the lift will be stopped and a 5 burpee penalty will be performed. This has to be done in the same minute and will only be performed by the individual who missed the lift.

B.

Snatch + Hang Snatch
– 12 sets of @ 75%
Rest as needed

Snatch Lift Off + Snatch
– 6 sets of
Rest as needed

Building to a heavy Complex:

Goal of lift off: Using legs to drive pushing to the floor. If using arms. Going to be tired to execute full snatch.
