A. High Hang Snatch

– 5 sets of 3 reps
Rest as needed

No Pausing in the dip looking to now move in and out of drive position.

Pausing overhead in the catch and overhead for :2 every rep.

B. Tall Snatch

– 4 sets of 8 reps
Rest as needed

Now looking to change movement slightly:
– Look to bend knees
– Extend knees
– Pull
– Drop

Difference from last week as you will not be staying Tall.

C. Overhead Squat (3311 tempo)

– 3 sets of 10 reps
Rest as needed

Moving through this looking for movement mechanics and putting into practice the paused positions we worked through last block.
