A. Snatch 3-3-5-5-7-7

Snatch
– Set 1 – 3 reps
– Set 2 – 3 reps
– Set 3 – 5 reps
– Set 4 – 5 reps
– Set 5 – 7 reps
– Set 6 – 7 reps
Rest as needed

3 Different Style of cycling.
2 Sets: Catch = 3 Reps.
2 Sets: Brush = 5 Reps.
2 Sets: No contact = 7 Reps.

Each set to be completed unbroken.
Weight should start heavier then decrease as sets go on.

B. 1 Snatch Lift Off + 6 Hang Muscle Snatches 4 x 1

1 Snatch Lift Off + 6 Hang Muscle Snatches
– 4 sets of
Rest as needed

Barbel Driving with the Hips, Bar path through Muscle Snatches.

Hang Muscle Snatch bar must move to a low hang position.

C. Sots Press 4 x 3-4

Sots Press
– 4 sets of 3-4 reps
Rest as needed

Shoulder Strength and positional awareness.

– Wide squat stance for sots press.
– Chest up press from a position you feel comfortable with.
