B. Every 1 minute, for 5 minutes (5 sets):

1 Power Snatch + 3 Snatch Balances

C. As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 15 minutes:

8 Kipping Handstand Push-Ups
12 Dumbbell Alternating Power Snatches
8 Kipping Toes to Bars
6 Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters
8 Box Jump Overs 24/20 inches

COMPETE

A. Every 1 minute, for 5 minutes (5 sets):
