A. Snatch Lift Off + Snatch 3-2-1-3-2-1

Snatch Lift Off + Snatch
– Set 1 – 3 complexes @ 65%
– Set 2 – 2 complexes @ 75%
– Set 3 – @ 85%
– Set 4 – 3 complexes @ 65%
– Set 5 – 2 complexes @ 75%
– Set 6 – @ 85%
Rest as needed

Looking to Complete 3 Waves:
3,2,1 = 1 Wave

Start a New wave every 5 Minutes.

B. Snatch + Hang Snatch 15 x 1

Snatch + Hang Snatch
– 15 sets of @ 80%
Rest as needed

Percentages Based on MAX.

Goal is to Alternate Reps:
Partner 1 Completes the set. Then partner to completes set.

Rules: Any foot movement or moving after the catch of the lift = a No Rep.

If a no rep is completed the lift will be stopped and a 5 burpee penalty will be performed. This has to be done in the same minute and will only be performed by the individual who missed the lift.

C. Snatch 15 x 1

Snatch
– 15 sets of 1 rep @ 85-90%
Rest as needed

Percentages Based on MAX.

Goal is to Alternate Reps:
Partner 1 Completes the set. Then partner to completes set.
