Barbell Club

Coastal Barbell Club focuses on the Olympic Lifting side of CrossFit and compliments our flagship S&C programme.

Functional Gymnastics

The Coastal Functional Gymnastics classes support our flagship S&C programme, with a focus on elements typically associated with gymnastics, callisthenics and other movement philosophies.
