The hold the goal is to be able to hold and catch properly rather than letting the catch be soft. Should be a solid catch and Jerk.
B. Alternating Sets: Lunge, Hang Clean High Pull
4 sets, for quality, of:
B1. 8 LungesBack Rack: Set on green mats taking a step forward looking to keep chest up through the full catch position on the green mats. Knee Should be stopped from hitting the floor. B2. 4 Hang Clean High PullsLooking to pass below the knee into a low hang and then back through the hang positions before initiating pull phase.
Staying over the bar until the bar gets close to the hips.
