This is considered a relatively long endurance piece.
Your aim should be to maintain the same pace on each modality.
Ie. 55RPM, 900cal/HR, 2mins/400m.
Start at what feels like 65% and your RPE will gradually increase over the workout, ending at about 8-9/10.
