Looking to move from the power clean hold and catch no reset, Moving straight into moving the barbell overhead.
Once overhead the goal is to be able to hold and catch properly rather than letting the catch be soft. Should be a solid catch and Jerk.
Both jerks feet don't move.
B. Alternating Sets: Lunge, Clean Pull + Romanian Deadlift
4 sets, for quality, of:
B1. 8 LungesBack Rack: Set on green mats taking a step forward looking to keep chest up through the full catch position on the green mats. Knee Should be stopped from hitting the floor. B2. 3x Clean Pull + Romanian DeadliftsRegular Clean Pull: Focus on positioning. Staying in control of the barbell to move down through an RDL after each Rep to maintain tension and stay in a solid position.
