Power Clean + Front Squat
– 4 sets of 2 complexes
Rest as needed

Develop dead stop speed through stoping driving up to 1/4 squat and back down to stand.

Creating awareness of an upright torso when squating in WL.


Every 1 minute, for 8 minutes (8 sets):
4 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 2 Push Presses

Emom to work on that low catch and drive through last weeks work.

C. Clean High Pull 4 x 1.1.1

Clean High Pull
– 4 sets of 1.1.1 reps
Rest as needed

Add load every rep.
Each rep with a pause at the knee.
One light high as possible pull
One medium position will drop slightly One heavy with fast extension.
