A2. 10-12 Ring Row (@2121)
A3. Bent supported glute bridge (2 sec pause at the hold) , can add DB to Hip – increase difficulty by alternating single leg. (week 3-4)

B. Group sets of Hollow / Prone arch hold (2-3 sets)Scoring: Not Scored

* Choose a weight that is challenging across all sets, should feel like you have 2-3 reps left in the tank
* Should be a challenging 4 exercises ! The 90sec rest should be needed !
* Clients need to record their own time (same and steady across all sets)
