B. Snatch Balance 5 x 2

– 5 sets of 2 reps
Rest as needed

One power variation + 1 Squat variation.

C. Barbell Behind the Neck Push Press 4 x 6

Barbell Behind the Neck Push Press
– 4 sets of 6 reps
Rest as needed

Snatch grip looking to create more stability overhead now in a wider grip from the last block.

Each Rep Holding in dip for :2 before driving into the lockout.

After last rep is complete hold for :20 With bent Knees. Progress loading from last week if possible.
