Weightlifting Meet is approaching. Last week in August. The next block for Saturdays will be to mimic the meet.

12 Minutes to build to a heavy Clean and Jerk.

B.

Snatch
– 4 sets of 1 rep
Rest as needed

4 Waves of 4 Reps:
1@70%
1@75%
1@80%
1@90%

Goal is no misses. Stay consistent start a new lift every minute 16 minutes total.

C.

In teams of 2:

30 Power Cleans @ 65%
20 Hang Power Cleans @ 75%
30 Power Clean and Jerks @ 65%
20 Hang Power Clean and Jerks @ 75%
Time Cap: 16 minutes
