A.

3-Position Power Snatch
– 4 sets of 2 reps
Rest as needed

3 Positional Snatch: High, Mid, Floor:

2 Full complexes per set:
1 Set (Power)
1 Set (Squat)

Goal is to add weight to the squat variations.

B.

Snatch Balance
– 5 sets of 2 reps
Rest as needed

Tall variation: Goal is still speed. Move feet chest up be aggressive with this.

C.

Barbell Behind the Neck Push Jerk
– 4 sets of 4 reps
Rest as needed

Snatch grip looking to create more stability overhead now in a wider grip from the last block.

Each Rep Holding in dip for :2 before driving into the lockout.

After last rep is complete hold for :20 With bent Knees. Progress loading from last week if possible.
