A2. 6-10 Strict Push up (@3010) (can scale to barbell in the rack/rig if needed)
A3. Double DB / KB walking lunges (16 steps/50ft)
– rest 90sec –

B. Group sets of Front plank / Side plank (2-3 sets) Scoring: Not Scored

* Choose a weight that is challenging across all sets, should feel like you have 2-3 reps left in the tank
* Should be a challenging exercises ! The 90sec rest should be needed !
* Clients need to record their own time (same and steady across all sets)
