Moving down into the Knee hang position.
Slow Movement down into hang position.

B. Heaving Snatch Balance 4 x 2

Heaving Snatch Balance
– 4 sets of 2 reps
Rest as needed

Moving into catch position of the snatch not moving feet. Looking to pause in the catch position.

C. Barbell Behind the Neck Push Press 3 x 8

Barbell Behind the Neck Push Press
– 3 sets of 8 reps
Rest as needed

Snatch grip looking to create more stability overhead now in a wider grip from the last block.
