Working through 3 Positional Snatches:
1 From the High, Speed through extension
1 From Hang, Loading hamstrings
1 From the floor, move back through positions.

B.

5 Tall Snatches + 5 Snatch Balances
– 4 sets of
Rest as needed

Speed drills creating speed of moving into catch.

Developing a better catch position in order to get stronger when in the bottom.

C.

30 Power Snatches
20 Power Snatches
10 Power Snatches
30 Snatches
20 Snatches
10 Snatches
Time Cap: 18 minutes

30 Power Snatches (High Hang)
20 Power Snatches (Mid Hang)
10 Power Snatches (Floor)
30 Snatches (High Hang)
20 Snatches (Mid Hang)
10 Snatches (Floor)

When going through this each set should have an increased load. Starting at 50% of 1rm.
