B. Heaving Snatch Balance 4 x 2

Heaving Snatch Balance
– 4 sets of 2 reps
Rest as needed

Looking to move feet this week. Thinking about moving into the catch position whilst dynamically moving feet.

C.

Barbell Behind the Neck Push Press
– 4 sets of 8 reps
Rest as needed

Snatch grip looking to create more stability overhead now in a wider grip from the last block.

Each Rep Holding in dip for :2 before driving into the lockout.
