Rest as needed

Complete 3 Sets:
3 Clean and Jerks @Catch
3 Clean and Jerks @Brush
3 Clean and Jerks @No Contact
*Barbell Moves from overhead to the floor

Goal through this is to approach this as 3 Separate sets. Each set has a different speed.

B.

Every 1 minute, for 8 minutes (8 sets):
6-8x Hang Power Clean + Push Jerks

Hang Clean and Jerk: Every :60 for 8 Minutes Complete:
Bounce and go reps

Choose a weight that is comfortable to move from overhead into the bounce and go technique.
