A. Snatch

4 Waves through:
3 Touch and Go Reps (Catch) @70-80%
3 Touch and go (Brush) @60-70%
3 Touch and go (No contact)@50-60%

Start a new set every 2:00-1:30

B. 1 Snatch Grip Deadlift + 3 Hang Snatch Pulls + 1 Snatch Pull

– 4 sets of
Rest as needed

Snatch lift off: Leg Drive
Snatch deadlift: Positions patience
Snatch Pull: Shrug up
Snatch High pull: Full extension

Drop barbell after snatch pull

C. For Time:

10 Snatches
9 Snatches
8 Snatches
7 Snatches
6 Snatches
5 Snatches
4 Snatches
3 Snatches
2 Snatches
1 Snatch

Both athletes must complete 10-1
Barbell Starts @50% of 1 Rep max
Must add load every set
Rest when partner is working.
