Teams of 2 Complete:
5 Alternating Sets each:
4 Power Cleans
4 Thrusters
4 Shoulder to overhead.

Each round should increase in loading have pre established loads from A,B,C Work, Look to complete each round unbroken. Start at around 50% of your C work.
