Every 4 Minutes Complete:
3 Heavy Squat Snatches Touch and go (Choose any style)
9 Touch and go Power Snatches Touch and go (Choose any style)

B.

Heaving Snatch Balance
– 4 sets of 4-5 reps
Rest as needed

Tall Snatch Balance: 4 x 4-5 Reps + :5 Hold in catch position.
