A. Snatch

– 12 sets of 2 reps
Rest as needed

4 Waves through:
2 Touch and Go Reps (Catch) @70-80%
2 Touch and go (Brush) @60-70%
2 Touch and go (No contact)@50-60%

Start a new wave every 3:00.

B. Snatch Lift Off + Snatch Grip Deadlift + Snatch Pull + Snatch High Pull

– 5 sets of
Rest as needed

Snatch lift off: Leg Drive
Snatch deadlift: Positions patience
Snatch Pull: Shrug up
Snatch High pull: Full extension

Drop barbell after snatch pull

C. For Time:

10 Snatches
8 Snatches
6 Snatches
4 Snatches
2 Snatches
4 Snatches
6 Snatches
8 Snatches
10 Snatches

Athletes to work way through the 10-2 at comfortable loading.
Once 2 reached add load from the first way through the sequence.

Roughly start at 50% of your max snatch.

All reps must be performed in touch and go reps.
