Every 90 seconds, for 13:30 (9 sets):
Snatches
– Set 1 – 3 reps
– Set 2 – 3 reps
– Set 3 – 3 reps
– Set 4 – 2 reps
– Set 5 – 2 reps
– Set 6 – 2 reps
– Set 7 – 1 rep
– Set 8 – 1 rep
– Set 9 – 1 rep

Each Set:
1st: No contact (Lighter)
2nd: Brush (Moderate)
3rd: Catch (Heavy)

Increase each round until finishing with 3 heavy single attempts.
