A. Power Snatch

– 4 sets of reps
Rest as needed

– Developing Absolute speed strength through battery speed work
– Power Snatch footwork and bum position when catching the barbell

B. Hang Snatch High Pull

– 4 sets of 4 reps
Rest as needed

– Low Hang Snatch looking to create better bar path on the way down tension and height on the way up.

C. Barbell Behind the Neck Jerk

– 3 sets of 5 reps
Rest as needed

– Looking to create more behind neck pressing strength.
– Last block created a good base to now move forward with behind neck jerk.
