A. Split Jerk

– 4 sets of 3 reps
Rest as needed

Carry over from last block moving into the full split jerk now.
Full dip and drive slight pause in the catch before standing fully between each rep.

B. Front Squat (3201 tempo)

– 4 sets of 8 reps
Rest as needed

Creating leg strength and drive from the bottom position as a lot of you through the last block got stuck in catch position looking to create a faster standing drive.

C. Muscle Clean

– 3 sets of 10 reps
Rest as needed

Full reset on the floor each rep.
No touch and go work.
– Muscle clean to create better bar path and pulling strength.
