A. 1 High Hang Clean + 2 Low Hang Cleans

– 5 sets of
Rest as needed

Pausing in catch position for :3 Before standing up.
Think about the position for the dead stop front squats worked on in last block.

Weights should be increased from last week.

Look to move into a solid catch position no bottoming out.

B. Push Jerk

– Set 1 – 10 reps
– Set 2 – 8 reps
– Set 3 – 6 reps
– Set 4 – 4 reps
– Set 5 – 2 reps
Rest as needed

Now looking to add touch and go elements to the pressing work looking to complete all reps unbroken with reseting

C. Barbell Overhead Static Lunge

– 3 sets of 10 reps
Rest as needed

5 Per leg. This blocks goal is to build up some unilateral strength in your legs in order to feel more comfortable moving into the split jerk in the next block.

Looking to replicate split jerk split here using front foot to reach forward barbell overhead here.
