A. 8 Sets
3-5 x Kick Up Drill (Kick Up to Wall or 10m Increments)
30s Ring Plank Progressions (Beginner regular plank – advanced pike plank)
30-45s Passive Hang (advanced 1 arm hang)

B. 10 Minutes Freestanding Handstand Practice with a Partner
Split Kick Up Hold for 10s + meltdown/slow descent back to the ground with straight arms

3-6 reps of the following complex every minute for 7 minutes
