Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Front Squat

A. Squat Clean Battery Work:
Every :30 For 5 Minutes: 1 Squat Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + Front Squat @65%

Goal: Maintain speed and drive from legs when standing up.

Legs should be more fatigued than last week.

B. 1 Squat Clean + 2 Push Jerks 14 x 1

Every 30 seconds, for 7 minutes (14 sets):
1 Squat Clean + 2 Push Jerks

B. Squat Clean Battery Work:

Every :30 For 7 minutes: 1 Squat Clean + 2 Jerks @75-80%

1 Jerk as practiced last week leg drive (Thruster style) Second to be completed in touch and go style.

C. Clean Grip Romanian Deadlift 4 x 4

Clean Grip Romanian Deadlift
– 4 sets of 4 reps
Rest as needed

Deficit Clean grip RDL + Clean Pull 4 x 4 Reps: Same load as A.

Trying to get rhythm of contact area.
