Snatch Pull + Low Hang Power Snatch

Creating bar path through pulls + Power variations.

Start a new set every minute too :90.

Looking to be consistent with the loading.

B. Power Snatch 21 x 1

Every 20 seconds, for 7 minutes (21 sets):
1 Power Snatch

Snatch Battery Work:
Every :30 For 7 minutes:
1 Power Snatch @70-80%

This should have a similar feel to the last weeks of work with Cleans. Look to choose consistent loading from start to finish.

C. Snatch Grip Deadlift + Hang Snatch High Pull 4 x 2

Snatch Grip Deadlift + Hang Snatch High Pull
– 4 sets of 2 complexes
Rest as needed

Snatch Grip Deadlift + High pull creating an understanding of hip drive through the snatch portion.

Using hips and legs to drive the bar not arms.

Add weight from the first week.
