Bar takes :5 to be fully stood up. Looking to keep the bar close and stay over the bar in the right positions.

C. Sots Press 4 x 5

– 4 sets of 5 reps
Rest as needed

Power Snatch: Bent Knees in power snatch catch position looking to drive the bar back and keep chest and hips locked in the right position.
