A.

Hang Power Snatch
– Set 1 – 5 reps
– Set 2 – 4 reps
– Set 3 – 3 reps
– Set 4 – 1 rep
– Set 5 – 1 rep
Rest as needed

Putting into practice the footwork drills accumulated over the last block and last weeks of work.

B.

1 Power Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats
– 5 sets of
Rest as needed

Goal is feet moving into squat stance once they have moved they stay planted through the overhead squat.

Build through sets.

C.

In teams of 2:

20 Rounds for Time:
Hang Power Snatches
3 Overhead Squats
3 Snatches
Rest 15 minutes between each round


20 Alternating Rounds:
1 Power Snatch
1 Squat Snatch

– Goal is power Snatch @50-70% Light fast drive

– Squat snatch being 70-90% Heavier lift

Each athlete will complete 10 Sets each.
