A. Power Clean + Front Squat + Shoulder to Overhead 5 x 1

Within 10 minutes:
Power Clean + Front Squat + Shoulder to Overhead
– 5 sets of
Rest as needed

Building to a comfortable set for the day. Making sure technique and cycling efficiency stays quality.

B. 2 Hang Power Cleans + 2 Push Presses 8 x 1

Every 1 minute, for 8 minutes (8 sets):
2 Hang Power Cleans + 2 Push Presses

Moving through the catch position straight into Catch and hold.

C. 15 minute AMRAP of Power Cleans, Front Squats, and Shoulder to Overheads

In teams of 2:

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 15 minutes:
3 Power Cleans @ 70%
3 Front Squats @ 70%
3 Shoulder to Overheads @ 70%

Performed at 70% of A work.
Partner one completes 1 full round and then partner 2 completes 1 full round.

Accumulate as many rounds as possible in the 15 minutes.
