High Hang Snatch

Looking to Let the bar drift down to low hang then back up to high hang pause and go.

Bar staying close. Shoulders over. Shoulders back. Leg drive.

B. Snatch Grip Deadlift 4 x 4

Snatch Grip Deadlift
– 4 sets of 4 reps @ 90%
Rest as needed

:5 On the way up. Pause at the Top bent knees.

C. Sots Press 4 x 4

Sots Press
– 4 sets of 4 reps
Rest as needed

Heavier than last Week. Still in catch position for power snatch.
