Snatch Lift Off + Snatch Grip Deadlift + High Hang Snatch
– 8 sets of
Rest as needed

Moving through snatch breakdowns:
– Snatch lift off pause with barbell against shin
– Snatch deadlift bring to bent knee
– High hang snatch looking for drive from bent knees.

B.

Snatch Grip Behind The Neck Push Jerk
– 5 sets of 5 reps
Rest as needed

– Lots of pulling from the floor last weekend

– Looking to catch in deep catch position every rep.

C.

Muscle Snatch
– 4 sets of 5 reps
Rest as needed

Bar from the floor:
2 Sets with no contact
2 Sets with contact

Add load from last week for all 4 sets.
