A. Hang Snatch + Snatch

– 5 sets of
Rest as needed

Look to build to a moderately heavy set for the day looking to not rest between the Hang into the squat using footwork that has been accumulated through the last block.

B. Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch + Overhead Squat

– 6 sets of
Rest as needed

Accumulation of footwork drills over the last block being put into practice.

Look to use 60% of A work through all sets.

C. 20 Rounds for Time, with Buy In and Cash Out:

In teams of 2:

Buy In:
20 Overhead Squats

1 Power Snatch
1 Hang Power Snatch

Cash Out:
20 Overhead Squats

Rest 15 minutes between each round

Barbell Starts @60% of A work.

Complete all of the overhead squats at this load.

Complete the 20 Rounds @70% of A work.
